Beautiful and unusual colours very much appreciated. However a painting worth selling and buying is also worth wrapping well and securely. And this was not securely wrapped and safely sent. The painting is quite wide and was supported by two thin sheets of cardboard which had bent in the middle. Would have been safer with a firmer hardboard or similar to support it. As it is, there is a light crease vertically right down the middle. I think it will come out when the painting is properly framed but if it had been better wrapped there would have been no problem. A shame. It deserved better.

Lovely little seascape.....quite evocative. Much nicer in the flesh! The whole purchase process with Ian was a dawdle. Would definitely recommend Ian's work......very nice and very reasonably priced.
