  • Biography

Hi ! A blessed soul enjoying life painting and golfing. Most of my paintings are concepts that pass through the peaceful mind when creativity is at it's best !

Painting is my passion and favorite pastime. Having traveled extensively in India and parts of Europe and North America, I try to preserve my memories in the form of paintings. Water is my favorite medium because I love the challenge it poses, unexpected results and the luminosity of the colors !!! Depending on the subject and size sometimes I do paintings in Acrylics and oil medium too on canvas.

Self taught, I believe art is a wonderful medium of self expression. I paint a wide range of objects from still life to landscapes to objects out of fantasy and imagination. My paintings are realistic as well as impressionistic. I am inspired by the idea of adding something different to every painting.

Had a successful HR career in software industry in India, but with the economic depression in 2008 and having seen so many layoffs in companies and managing a stressful career I finally called it a day to my HR career. In 2010 finally decided to follow my passion which is fine art and devoted my full time to making art.
