If I could give her ZERO stars I would. The package arrived in an envelope that was not marked to not bend and it did not have any hard cardboard or form so the work would not get bent. The art work came bent and not in good condition due to her shipping. She took absolutely no precautions to ensure that the product would arrive in the United States with care. Fortunately the work that I purchased was not terribly expensive however I would strongly caution anyone spending a fair or large amount of money from this seller due to her lack of care in shipment and sending a picture that got ruined in transit.

Hey Christine, I feel terrible reading this... I was absent for a while, having a job abroad and hadn't been active on this platform. I have seen this just now. The only blame is on me, I cannot say different, but when I was absent I leaved my mother in charge to pack and send it for me if someone buys my art. I gave her directions of course, and I ALWAYS make sure my envelops are reinforced with cardboard, and if artwork is larger I put it in very strong plastic tubes. My mother probably forgot in your case, because she doesn't have any experience, she miss to reinforce with carboard. I cannot blame her, it wasn't her responsibility, she just wanted to help. I still feel terrible and I want to make things right if its possible, so I will sent you one artwork as a gift of apology, and hope you can forgive me.
