Me at work ... well, kind of

Here I am on the occasion of an exhibition I had in 2006 or 2007. The portrait-from-old-photo on the wall is one I did for my mother's 70th birthday, which she lent me for the month (it wasn't for sale, obviously!). Yes, I've got 'red eye', and no, I'm not usually as well-dressed as that. I absolutely loathe, hate, detest, abhor, despise and abominate having my photo taken: to the best of my knowledge I have never EVER been photographed in the actual act of picture-making ~ I don't even like having someone else in the room. It's not that it's 'an intensely private matter' or anything ~ just that I can't concentrate.
