I only bought a pencil drawing because I wanted a small piece for a specific location. I very much like the confident lines, the well-balanced scene and the unique anatomical depiction. It's a lovely piece. I should also mention the courtesy of the artist and the quick dispatch of my purchase.

How can a few pencil lines on a sheet of paper look so good? A stunning sketch from a very fine artist, I love every single line and mark. The boy, real or imagined, looks out of the paper and you can see the swell of his muscles, feel them bulge, feel his strength, but also feel his impatience. Does he move, does he stretch or flex those muscles, bored of sitting for the artist, wanting to be back on the beach or back in the water? I think I may have been carried away by this drawing and I am extremely pleased with it. I look forward to buying more of this artist’s work in future. Thank you.
