Very disappointed with the picture. Lacks depth and perspective. Photo better than the painting. Have now unsubscribed from Artfinder so please don’t send me anymore emails.

I’m sorry that you are disappointed with the painting. I take great care with my photography to present an accurate representation of the artwork and I am mystified by your comments. There is indeed a lack of depth and perspective in the painting - in this instance it was one of the stylistic decisions I made to emphasise the pattern revealed in the landscape. Hard to know how to comment on the low ratings you give for communication, delivery and packaging - I informed you instantly about how and when the painting would arrive (1st class Royal Mail to be signed for) and it was despatched on the first working day after your purchase. The painting was carefully wrapped and boxed to my usual standard - which has never caused a problem over many years of shipments worldwide. Still, if you are unhappy please return the painting for a refund.

Great communication about when the painting would be ready. Sent me a JPG in advance of delivery to check I liked it. It was a gift for my daughter and she loved it. X

The painting is beautiful, it was shipped immediately, I was notified of the tracking number promptly, the painting came in an astonishingly short time, and I am extremely happy with both the painting and Mr. Hanson's efficiency and responsiveness.
