  • Biography
With a BFA in printmaking from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, Sara loves mixing mediums and challenging herself with big tasks. Her current work has taken form in paintings, many times as murals or on large-scale canvases, however her love for all mediums leads her to mix it up often. Experimenting with new ways of working and her artistic process is as equally important to her as the final work of art. In addition to painting and printmaking, she also enjoys working in 3d with both wood and paper, as well as creating detailed drawings and designs in black and white using traditional pen, ink and graphite.
Much of her inspiration comes from the natural world and her drive to learn and explore different environments and elements of nature. Sara's artwork has been exhibited all over the world, however the majority of her works are currently on display throughout the mid-west of the United States.
