Exhibition of original work and reproductions, with fine bespoke framing service in Alison's own gallery in Betws-y-coed, Snowdonia. Now moved to Chester.
Biography
Alison has lived in North Wales since 2004. Inspired by her surroundings, she soon began painting full-time and within two years had exhibited at a number of galleries including the Royal Cambrian Academy. In 2008, Alison opened her first gallery in the beautiful Snowdonia village of Betws-y-coed. This was followed in 2016 by her second gallery in the heart of historic Chester City Centre. In 2019, Alison moved from Betws-y-coed permanently to Chester.
Alison paints in oils and pastels, and draws in charcoal. Her subjects include the landscape of Snowdonia and North Wales, The Lake District, Wirral and the Borders, Chester, Rural Life, and The Coast.
