    I have always been inspired by light, color and emotion.  I love the seen and unseen worlds in nature.  Something intangible yet powerful in reflections of water, trees, mountains and beautiful skies stir my passion to paint and create what I feel when I experience a subject.  I love painting in acrylic because it allows me the freedom to paint either heavy textures or thin and translucent spaces.  Loving the process of self-discovery in each piece of work gives me the freedom to share my experience with the viewer.
