    I was born and raised in the grim reality of the Polish communism. Despite it, my childhood was interesting and colourful. Thanks to living in the countryside, I was near nature. I remember that to get away from it all, I was looking for lapwings’ nests and collecting various feathers. Then, I painted them at the kitchen table being completely lost to the world. So that's how it all started...
