Biography
Achraf Baznani was born in Marrakesh/Morocco and is a self-taught artist photographer. He utilizes his own creative worlds to create a fascinating art. He plays with a scale and proportion to create mise-en-scene which are a bit whimsical, introspective and dreamlike. His pictures have been commended by art and photography lovers, tens of thousands of them follow him online. He loves surrealism as it's a way to disconnect from reality.
His works were featured in magazines worldwide. Achraf Baznani is best known for being the first artist in the Arab world to publish an art book based on surreal imagery. Achraf Baznani's photography has received worldwide acclaim for a diverse collection of work. He's been given The International Colosseo Award in Italy, the Golden Orchid of the International Photography Prize and the Kunst Heute Award in Germany. His work was exhibited in Germany, United States, France, Morocco, Hungary, Ivory Coast and Portugal.
