SOLO EXHIBITION OF PAINTINGS by Aarti Gautam Bartake
As inspiration for my artwork, I draw on feelings and emotions evoked by situations experienced throughout my life, such as travelling adventures, family moments, current local and world events .
With painting, I explore colour and shape as an intuitive way of conveying my story. Once I have completed a painting, i will then write its story, so that the viewer may have a clearer understanding about my artwork as an artist and about the painting itself.
Appreciated and encouraged by many important people in my life ,I came to understand that art can be a very powerful way of communication with others.
Painting gives me a lot of happiness and it certainly feels like therapy!

Aarti Bartake is a Singaporean, Visual artist known for her vibrant work of arts!
For Aarti, Art is a form of expression that transcends all barriers and connects with people visually and emotionally.
Her formal training with an honors degree in the creative field of interior design and a diploma in graphics, animation and multimedia helped her acquire the necessary skill sets which is reflected in her versatile form of contemporary artwork.
She has not only won many prizes and awards for her work, including many international awards, but has also displayed her work at International Solo and group art exhibitions. Inspired by her stunning paintings
Alain Vandenbroeck a Dutch piano music composer has created lilting musical
pieces.
The fact that her artwork grace the many walls of Art Galleries & Collectors worldwide, is just another jewel in her crown.
