Part of my 2021 series 'Alone'
I took this picture of the moon from the roof of my apartment in Southern Spain. I couldn't believe the detail that appeared when I checked the image and the beautiful blue of the sky that evening. What an extraordinary thing the moon is. Hard to get the mind around it and our distance from it, although, still with a camera and not a telescope the light and shadows are so clear. This picture represents a meditation for me during what I consider to have been the 'Alone' period of some of our lives that game with 2020 and 2021. Hence, it is part of my Alone series.
