This is one of my paintings from my Iona trip and subsequent Iona exhibition.
A famous landmark off the north end of the island of Iona, the shape of the island reminded historic travellers of a dutch merchant's hats and the modern name reflects this.
The light is bouncing off the waves as they crash against the rocks on Iona.
