I painted 'Sunny day at the Botany Bay Chalk Stacks!' on a warm summer afternoon on location at Botany Bay in East Kent, not far from my studio.
It shows people walking among the chalk stacks and cliffs at low tide on a warm and sunny day.
I was attracted by the light and shadows and the scale of the natural cliffs, up against the holidaymakers.

This original painting will make a lovely gift for someone who knows the area, or who has holidayed on the East Kent coast. I have signed it on the front, in the lower left corner and It comes to you carefully wrapped and with a signed certificate of authenticity. It is NOT framed, the photos are to show how it might look on your wall.

Image size: 14" wide x 10" high (355mm wide x 253mm high). I will pack it securely, and flat, between thick boards, and I have a 100% safe arrival record.
