Jane's original painting 'Snow White' alludes to the traditional fairy tale by Brothers Grimm, in which the evil Queen's vanity and jealously drives her to try to kill the innocent Snow White with a poison apple. Fairy tales shape our values and beliefs, teach us important life lessons, and help us to cope with difficult emotions.
Jane is a well-known Brisbane artist who has been finalist for Lethbridge 10,000, Rotary Art Spectacular, Moreton Bay Art Awards, Noosa Art Award, and Stanthorpe Art Prize. She has also exhibited at various Brisbane and Gold Coast galleries. Her paintings are held in private collections worldwide.
