This is a mixed media drawing on Arches hot press paper of a salt marsh at Rye Harbour Nature Reserve here in East Sussex. This place has inspired many works of art for me as I find it so atmospheric. This image was from a walk in October just before dusk. I The light on the water was incredible, and I loved the subtle earth tones of the land around .
