Story about the painting:
"In my native Hungary, thanks to the many rivers and lakes, fishing is in the genes of the local people. You see fishermen sitting patiently waiting for a fish at every water level. In the past, fishermen caught fish from wooden barges much more than today. Today, many of them no longer serve and are only gnawed away by the ravages of time on the shores.
The painting captures one of them. It is a nostalgic look at the recent past, which is slowly fading from memory."
