Like when you are sailing a boat across the wide ocean and here and there the outlines of islands peek out through the waves. Not every one of them tempts you to get out and wake up on it.
Our thoughts are like islands in the oceans. We should realize that when the surface is rough, that is, when our mind is restless, there is a danger of shipwreck. On the contrary, a still mind is like the calm waters of the ocean, in which it is much less risky to approach an island that we do not yet know, but want to explore."
