The fencer - like most of my sports sculptures - is a stoppage of time and movement in the most typical moment for the given sport, because it immortalizes the microscopic time periods of the dynamics of movement into an eternal and unchanging static form.
The sculpture is suitable not only for fans of fencing, history and martial arts, but as a symbol of attention and preparedness for anyone who wants to always be ready for the pitfalls of life and at the same time maintain inner and outer peace and stability.
