The Butt of Lewis is the most northerly point of the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides. The headland, which lies in the North Atlantic, is frequently battered by heavy swells and storms and is marked by the Butt of Lewis Lighthouse.

This image was taken at 4.30pm on a winters day , the days are short in the winter and by 4pm if was going dark very quickly .

Materials used:

Giclée print using pigment inks on Hahnemühle Baryta FB paper.
