Process time is 14 days is for one reason: I must produce a certificate of origin, and this is only upon appointment, available once in about 10 days. Without this certificate from the fine art export office the painting can't leave Italy. It makes no sense that I produce this certificate before I make sure I sell the artwork because it is only valid 6 months. After I have the papers, the artwork will be shipped by fast private shipping companies. So within a week from the shipping date you will have it. All papers will be official, government validated, so it is worth waiting.
Also, please note, that for this amount there will be incoming customs taxes, if you purchase from outside EU. I don't provide DDP for customs, please calculate any potential customs taxes in your country.
