Biography
Hi there! My name is Edyta, and I'm a watercolor portrait artist based in the beautiful city of Maastricht, NL. My journey as an artist began when I started working as a beauty illustrator, but I soon realized that my true passion lies in painting vibrant colors and creating intricate papercuts. I particularly love painting mesmerizing eyes with flowery lashes, which add a touch of whimsy and magic to my portraits.
Before becoming an artist, I worked as a garden designer, and I still love it. I now work as a part-time garden designer, which I do simultaneously with my art career. I find that my work with plants inspires my art, and vice versa. I love exploring different themes and subjects in my portraits, but I'm particularly drawn to capturing the unique beauty of the women I paint. I believe that art has the power to bring joy and inspiration into people's lives, and I feel incredibly grateful to be able to share my passion with all of you.
