About Emily J Horner
Biography
I am an artist based in the beautiful, historical city of Salisbury, UK. Having grown up in the British countryside, much of my work portrays the type of woodlands and coastlines where I spent a lot of time as a child, and where I felt most at home. I love to paint anything nature themed, where there is little or no imprint made by man. I also love to paint animals and birds and finding emotion within them.
I often like to work with a very vibrant colour palette, using lots of heavy texture although sometimes I opt for a softer touch depending on my mood.
