    Daniel Piras graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, where he studied Sculpture and the Baroque.

    Light and shadows technique is a particularity of his work.

    The painting, through a simple and an unpretentious point of view, shows the Brazilian routine, people´s customs and folkway.

    In his wish to reproduce the oneiric life, he discovers new ideals and shares with the world his own way of being a painter.

    Born in 1981 in Rio de Janeiro, is now living in Florianópolis, in a house built the middle of the Atlantic Forest.
